We have an exciting opportunity to join our WellNow Virtual Care team as a Telehealth Care Coordinator. This is a fully remote role supports the WellNow Virtual Care department by processing patient registration records to ensure all needed patient information is correctly inputted and captured in our electronic medical records (“EMR”) system. Salary: Starting at $18.00 per hour At WellNow Urgent Care you’ll enjoy: Competitive salary Continuing education opportunities Medical benefits, including vision coverage, FSA/HSA options, and prescription drug coverage 401(k) plan with a company match for your future financial security Free urgent care visits for you and your eligible dependents Opportunities for promotional growth as we continue to expand our presence Essential Job Functions: Evaluate patient records for accuracy and completion, and manually transcribe patient data into various EMR systems as required Research medical, demographic, and financial elements of patient data to close a patient record efficiently and accurately Maintain accurate and organized files, following established policies and procedures Identify trends and issues, advise leadership when additional support may be needed Complete daily work logs as assigned, proactively communicate results and status Demonstrate strong work ethic and attention to detail Maintain HIPAA compliance Committed to the specialty of Urgent Care, with a focus on serving our communities with quick, convenient, and quality care with continued clinical and patient experience training. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required 1+ year experience with data entry or medical billing, preferably with a healthcare EMR Customer service experience preferred Strong communication skills WellNow, is part of TAG-The Aspen Group's family of healthcare brands.
