Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven VB/SQL Engineer with .NET Core expertise to join our software development team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in legacy VB development and SQL Server, with hands-on experience in modernizing applications using .NET Core. This role involves maintaining and enhancing existing applications while contributing to the development of new, scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and enhance legacy applications developed in VB.NET / Classic VB. Design, develop, and deploy new features using .NET Core / C#. Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and database logic. Participate in system design, code reviews, and performance tuning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Management. Support migration and modernization of legacy systems into modern .NET architecture.
