What You'll Do
Conduct virtual consultations with individuals and families through Zoom Learn about each client's needs, goals, and financial protection priorities Educate clients on available life, accident, and supplemental insurance options Provide personalized recommendations based on individual circumstances Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communication Provide ongoing client support and policy assistance when needed Build long-term relationships through consistent service and communication Participate in training programs, mentorship opportunities, and team development sessions Who Thrives in This Role Strong communicators who enjoy helping others make informed decisions Self-driven professionals who work well independently in a remote environment Organized individuals who manage schedules and responsibilities effectively Adaptable learners who embrace coaching and professional development Goal-oriented candidates motivated by personal and financial growth Customer service, sales, healthcare, education, or other client-facing experience is helpful but not required
