Game Designer Needed for Viral Social Party Game & Experience Kit Concepts

I'm building a new entertainment brand focused on highly social, emotionally engaging, TikTok-worthy at-home experiences and party games. I am looking for a creative game designer to help transform rough concepts into polished, highly engaging gameplay systems that people want to record, share, replay, and gift. This is NOT a traditional board game project.
