Part-Time Content Creator + Social Assistant

Lonia is looking for a creative, trend-aware Content Creator + Social Assistant to help grow our women’s footwear brand focused on sizes 10–16. We’re a small but growing eCommerce brand looking for someone who understands social media, fashion aesthetics, TikTok/Reels culture, and how to make content feel engaging — not overly polished or corporate. This is a remote, part-time contractor role perfect for someone creative who wants hands-on experience helping grow a fashion brand. What You’ll Help With Editing TikToks, Reels, and short-form video content Scheduling Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook posts Repurposing UGC and customer content Finding trending audio and content ideas Assisting with simple graphics and story posts Helping organize content folders and posting calendars Assisting with influencer/UGC coordination Brainstorming content concepts and hooks You’d Be a Great Fit If You: Wear women shoe sizes 10-16 (duh) Love fashion, social media, and content creation Understand TikTok/Reels trends Have basic editing skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.) Are organized and responsive Can work independently without needing constant direction Understand aesthetic branding and visual storytelling Have a good eye for what performs on social media Bonus Points Shopify experience Pinterest experience Email marketing familiarity Fashion/eCommerce background Experience creating viral or high-performing content Details Remote Part-time freelance/contract Flexible hours Roughly 10–15 hours per week to start Opportunity to grow with the brand When applying, please send: A short introduction Links to social accounts or portfolio work Examples of content you’ve edited or created Your hourly or monthly rate We care more about creativity, consistency, and taste than fancy resumes.
