Responsibilities
As an Entry Level Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for
- Providing immediate responses to live chat and email inquiries, ensuring that customers receive timely and accurate information to fulfill their requests.
- Delivering clear and accurate information to customers and internal members, maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.
- Managing chat requests and emails efficiently, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.

- Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices in customer support. Key Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need
- Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop).
- Ability to work independently and adhere to guidelines, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Minimum of 10+ hours availability per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
