• *Responsibilities**

As a Medical Data Entry Concierge, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting clinicians in the medication procurement process, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks
• Completing verification processes for quality patient care through data review and data entry
• Conducting a second check of peer's work to guarantee accuracy and attention to detail
• Navigating between various software systems for communication and completion of assignments
• Communicating effectively with hospice partners, clinicians, and patients via chat, email, phone calls, and patient profile documentation
• Maintaining a high level of productivity while balancing quality of care
• Answering phone calls, responding to routine questions, and outreaching to pharmacists as needed
• Accurately including necessary information when assisting clinicians for the procurement of hospice patient medication requirements
• Calling in patient prescription refills to designated dispensing pharmacies
• Outreaching to pharmacy partners to complete stock checks, ensuring medications are available for patient care
• Working cooperatively with fellow Concierge team members and others on various teams throughout the organization
• Assisting in training new team members as assigned
• Adhering to all HIPAA protocols for patient privacy
• Performing other duties as assigned to support the achievement of arenaflex's goals and objectives
• *Required Education and Experience**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma
• Excellent attention to detail and listening skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize efforts
• A basic understanding of medical terminology
• *Preferred Qualifications**

While not required, prior experience in healthcare, a pharmacy-related setting, or prescription order entry is highly desirable. Additionally, experience with various web browsers (Google Chrome / Firefox), Google Docs, and Google Sheets is a plus.

• *Working Conditions**

This is a sedentary position, and all work will be completed sitting at a desk in an office setting or working from home. Stand-up desks are available upon request. You'll work with a laptop, two additional computer screens, and a headset for telephone communications.
