Architectural CAD Technician

RETAIL ARCHITECTURE CAD TECHNICIAN POSITION AVAILABLE: Actively seeking enthusiastic CAD TECHNICIANS with 0-8 years of experience. AutoCAD is our primary drafting platform and demonstrated efficiency in its use is required. We seek ambitious, detailed oriented problem solvers that have a passion for retail, restaurant, office type tenant improvement projects. Our portfolio includes renowned brands such as AAA Insurance, True Religion, Anytime Fitness, Auntie Anne’s and Pop Mart to name just a few. Our work is fast-paced, changes by the hour, but the end results are worth it. We strive to maintain a positive work-life balance and as such we work 40-hour work weeks with occasional overtime in peak months, but we are deadline driven and meeting deadlines is paramount. BlueOx PM is a boutique-sized firm with our headquarters in Durham, NC and with a team of employees located in Arizona, California, Minnesota, and Oregon. Primary tasks include drafting in AutoCAD from site surveys through CDs, performing due diligence, and being a great teammate! The desire to be a stellar CAD technician and enthusiasm to learn needs to be above all - and we will help you succeed! You should have demonstrated experience producing an entire CD set by yourself. We are huge promoters of technical education and as such require either an AAS in Architectural Technology or BS in Architecture. A degree in Architecture is a must!
