Are you a positive, professional fitness coach who can deliver an engaging session through Zoom while following a proven system? Vanessa Carlson Fitness is a luxury personal training brand led by Dr. Vanessa Carlson, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and former multi-gym owner. We are expanding our virtual training team and are looking for high-energy coaches who can deliver exceptional client experiences in a structured and supportive environment. ⭐ About the Role This is a session delivery position. You will lead one-on-one Zoom workouts for busy professionals and motivated clients across the United States using training plans created by Vanessa Carlson Fitness.

- * Deliver engaging and professional Zoom personal training sessions
- Follow prescribed workout plans and coaching cues
- Maintain positive client energy and accountability
- Submit brief post-session notes using our app system
- Encourage client feedback and satisfaction ratings
- Record sessions when required for quality review
- Represent the Vanessa Carlson Fitness brand with professionalism
- * $30 per session base pay
- +$15 performance bonus when client satisfaction rating = 10/10
- Flexible scheduling based on availability

- * Personal training certification OR relevant coaching experience
- Reliable internet and professional Zoom setup
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Positive attitude and coachable mindset
- Ability to follow systems and deliver consistent experiences
- * Experience coaching women 35+
- Experience with virtual training or online coaching
- Background in strength, corrective exercise, or functional training
- Interest in long-term growth within a boutique fitness company
- * Be mentored by a Doctor of Physical Therapy
