  • * Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive customer information.
  • * Collaborate with team members and management to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • * Provide feedback to help enhance workflows, tools, and customer support protocols.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • * High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • * Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or equivalent tools.
  • * Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience:
  • * Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or administrative support is preferred but not mandatory.
