What You Will Be Doing Build Talent Pipelines Partner closely with our recruiting team to proactively source and engage technical talent across industrial automation, controls engineering, software development, OT/IT, and related technical disciplines. Get Creative Use LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, industry groups, Boolean searches, and non-traditional sourcing methods to find hard-to-reach talent that other companies are missing. Learn the Industry Develop an understanding of technical skill sets including: PLC Programming SCADA/HMI Systems Industrial Automation OT Infrastructure Systems Integration (You do not need to be an engineer — but you should enjoy learning technical concepts.) Engage Candidates Craft thoughtful and personalized outreach messaging that helps candidates understand who Vertech is, what we do, and why our opportunities are worth exploring. Partner with Recruiters Work collaboratively with our Talent Acquisition team to support active hiring efforts, build long-term pipelines, and improve sourcing strategies across the company. Think Strategically Continuously identify new sourcing methods, tools, and processes that improve pipeline quality and hiring outcomes. Manage Systems & Data Maintain accurate ATS records, candidate activity, interview stages, and sourcing metrics while helping ensure compliance and reporting accuracy. What You Need for this Position Bachelors degree in any field 1–3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience Experience sourcing for technical or engineering-related roles preferred Strong internet research and Boolean search skills Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools Strong written communication skills Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment Curious mindset with the ability to learn technical concepts quickly Organized and detail-oriented Apply To This Job
