About the role As Legal & Claims Manager for the Belgian market, you'll be the go-to person for all legal and claims matters related to both markets: a high-impact, autonomous role with a wide variety of responsibilities from day one. Key responsibilities Legal Draft and maintain cyber insurance policies for the Belgian market Negotiate and manage distribution partnerships (co-broking, agents, risk carriers) Work closely with the Product and Tech teams to adapt contracts and documentation to the Stoïk app Occasionally, support the NL market launch alongside core BE responsibilities Claims management Handle cyber claims (cyber fraud, ransomware, liability…) Produce claims reporting for risk carriers
Requirements
