VP of Finance
Industry: E-Commerce & Consumer Products Location: Remote (U.S.-Based) Work Arrangement: Remote Compensation: $150,000 - $175,000 Employment Type: Full-Time About the Opportunity Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing is partnering with a valued client to identify a strategic and results-driven VP of Finance to support a growing e-commerce organization. This opportunity is ideal for a finance leader who enjoys building scalable systems, driving business performance, and partnering with executive leadership to support organizational growth. Position Summary The VP of Finance serves as a strategic business partner responsible for financial planning, forecasting, reporting, operational analysis, and financial infrastructure development. This role combines executive-level financial leadership with hands-on oversight of systems, automation, and performance management to support a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting accuracy, and compliance requirements Build, improve, and scale financial systems, dashboards, and reporting processes Drive automation initiatives and AI-enabled financial efficiencies Monitor and optimize financial performance across e-commerce channels Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 10–15 professionals Partner with operations, technology, and digital teams to align financial strategy with business objectives Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve organizational goals Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations
Qualifications
Required 10–15+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience Minimum 5 years of senior finance leadership experience Experience supporting organizations in the $10M–$50M revenue range Strong expertise in financial planning, modeling, controls, and reporting Demonstrated success building financial infrastructure and scalable processes Experience leading and developing teams of 5–15+ employees Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills Proficiency with financial systems, business intelligence tools, and technology platforms Preferred Experience within e-commerce, digital commerce, or consumer products environments Experience with automation, AI-enabled tools, and process optimization MBA, CPA, CMA, or related professional credential Experience with payment processing and online revenue platforms Why Join This Team?
