At arenaflex, we believe that every piece of data tells a story. By joining our team, you become a vital part of that narrative, ensuring that the information we handle is clean, reliable, and ready to power critical decisions across the industry. Whether you are just starting your career or looking to sharpen your analytical skills, arenaflex offers a supportive environment where curiosity, precision, and continuous learning are celebrated.

Why This Role Matters – The Impact of Accurate Data Entry

In today’s fast‑paced digital landscape, the quality of data directly influences the quality of care, compliance, and business performance. As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the gatekeeper of information, transforming raw documents—such as board orders, meeting minutes, press releases, and more—into structured, searchable records within our proprietary FACIS database. Your meticulous work will enable downstream teams to perform analytics, generate reports, and deliver services that millions of people rely on.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document Analysis & Data Extraction: Review a variety of source documents, identify relevant data points, and accurately input them into the FACIS system.
  • Source Verification & Research: Conduct supplemental research when needed, including contacting data authorities or subject‑matter experts to clarify ambiguous information.
  • Clear Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with managers, peers, and stakeholders to report progress, raise questions, and suggest improvements to data acquisition processes.
  • Process Documentation: Articulate data transformation steps in clear, concise language, creating reference guides that support team knowledge sharing.
  • Ad‑hoc Projects: Take ownership of periodic or one‑time initiatives, such as data clean‑up drives, special reporting tasks, or system migration support.
  • Self‑Management: Work independently with minimal supervision, leveraging provided resources and documentation before escalating issues.
  • Quality & Efficiency Benchmarks: Meet or exceed established performance metrics for accuracy, speed, and volume while maintaining a zero‑error mindset.
  • Queue Management: Prioritize and complete items within the Data Entry queue, ensuring timely turnaround for downstream processes.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent (required).
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with standard computer applications, especially the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering error‑free work.
  • Strong critical‑thinking abilities and the capacity to interpret complex documents accurately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information in plain language.
  • Self‑motivated attitude, capable of managing workload and meeting deadlines with limited oversight.

Preferred Experience & Additional Skills

  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry or familiarity with medical terminology.
  • Prior data entry or data comparison work, especially within regulated environments.
  • Experience using database interfaces or content management systems similar to FACIS.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software tools and adapt to evolving workflow requirements.
  • Demonstrated initiative in identifying process improvements and suggesting automation opportunities.

Core Competencies for Success

  • Accuracy First: A relentless focus on precision, ensuring that every entry is correct the first time.
  • Time Management: Efficiently balance multiple tasks, prioritize urgent items, and maintain steady throughput.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively investigate discrepancies, ask clarifying questions, and resolve ambiguities without excessive escalation.
  • Collaboration: Work constructively with cross‑functional teams, sharing insights and supporting collective goals.
  • Adaptability: Embrace changing priorities, new tools, and evolving regulatory requirements with a positive attitude.

Compensation, Benefits, and Perks

arenaflex offers a competitive hourly wage of $15.00 per hour, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health, financial security, and professional growth.

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance with multiple plan options.
