We are looking for a sharp, dependable Weekend CSR / Dispatcher to support our Saturday and Sunday operations remotely. Chen Plumbing has proudly served the Atlanta area since 1998. We are a family-run plumbing company built on genuine care for our customers and our team. As we continue to grow, we need someone who can help keep the weekend running smoothly and make sure every customer feels taken care of. Why This Role Matters When customers call us, they are often dealing with a stressful plumbing issue. They may have a leak, a clog, no hot water, or an urgent problem they need solved quickly. You will be the calm, confident voice that helps them feel heard, understood, and taken care of. This role is not just answering phones. You will help schedule jobs, communicate with customers, support technicians, and keep the day organized from start to finish. When you do this role well, customers feel supported, technicians stay on track, and the entire company runs better. What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound calls and customer texts in a warm, professional way
  • Schedule service appointments and gather important job details
  • Dispatch technicians and help manage the daily schedule
  • Keep customers updated on arrival times, delays, and schedule changes
  • Communicate clearly with technicians and the office team
  • Handle problems calmly and professionally
  • Make outbound calls and texts to help schedule new jobs
  • Enter accurate notes and job details into our system
  • Help keep weekend operations organized and running smoothly

What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is dependable, calm under pressure, and takes pride in doing things the right way. The right person for this role is someone who can communicate clearly, stay organized, and make customers feel taken care of even when the day gets busy. Requirements:

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Dispatch or home service experience is a plus
  • Strong phone, text, and written communication skills
  • Comfortable multitasking and using scheduling software
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable computer, internet connection, and quiet workspace
  • Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
