Role Overview Uplands Counseling Center Associates is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dedicated team. This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work while providing outpatient therapy services to clients in Danbury, Connecticut. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients and their families.
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions in a compassionate and effective manner.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in therapy practices and participate in continuous professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
- Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Connecticut.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficient in remote therapy tools and platforms.
- Experience in outpatient therapy settings preferred.
