Position Overview

The Associate Manager, Clinical Health Services is a pivotal leadership role within our organization. • Care Plan Management: Oversee the identification of members in need of services, the development and execution of individualized care plans, and the continuous monitoring, evaluation, and documentation of care outcomes.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a clinical specialty area, with demonstrated competence in care management, case management, or related healthcare services.
• An active and unrestricted RN (Registered Nurse) or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) licensure in the state of residence is required.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and accreditation standards, including NCQA, URAC, and applicable state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage performance, and drive results in a remote or distributed work environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort and proficiency working independently from a home office, using digital collaboration tools to connect with teams and stakeholders.
