Build a Meaningful Career From Home With arenaflex

Are you searching for a legitimate, stable, and rewarding remote career opportunity that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while contributing to meaningful work in the healthcare industry? arenaflex is actively hiring motivated, detail-oriented professionals to join our growing Data Entry team supporting pharmacy claims operations. This is not your typical data entry role — it is a dynamic position that sits at the intersection of healthcare administration, data accuracy, and clinical adjudication support. If you are passionate about precision, thrive in a structured environment, and want to grow your career with a forward-thinking organization, we want to hear from you.

arenaflex partners with leading healthcare organizations to deliver exceptional service quality, operational excellence, and innovative solutions across the pharmacy benefit management landscape. Our mission centers on improving member outcomes, streamlining complex administrative processes, and supporting clinical teams who make critical decisions every day. By joining arenaflex, you become part of a remote-first workforce that values collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

About the Role

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist on our Pharmacy Claims Adjudication team, you will play an essential role in supporting the operational backbone of our clinical review processes. Your work will directly impact the speed and accuracy with which prior authorization (PA) requests, override decisions, and clinical determinations are processed for members across the country. You will be working with systems such as RxClaim, contributing to enterprise-level requirement definitions, performing detailed documentation for Clinical Adjudication tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve the root causes of override issues.

This position is ideal for someone who is naturally curious, enjoys digging into data to find answers, and wants to be part of a team where every contribution matters. If you are someone who is proactive, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, this role will be both challenging and deeply rewarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data related to prior authorization requests, clinical adjudication workflows, and member information across multiple internal systems.
  • Pharmacy Claims Support: Gain working knowledge of RxClaim and contribute to enterprise requirement determinations that shape how claims are processed and adjudicated.
  • Clinical Adjudication Assistance: Perform checkout and documentation tasks associated with Clinical Adjudication processes, ensuring all records are precise, complete, and audit-ready.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to investigate override issues, identify the root cause, and recommend sustainable solutions.
  • Project Deliverables: Complete working and final deliverables attributable to branch projects and PA initiatives in a timely and high-quality manner.
  • Carrier Catalog Support: Support CAPAS carrier catalog offerings by ensuring accurate data entry, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of carrier information.
  • Process Improvement: Incorporate progressive enhancements into all elements of CAPAS operations, helping the team continuously improve accuracy, efficiency, and member experience.
  • Member Transition Support: Support the implementation of member PA documents during the Clinical Review phase of the member data transition process, ensuring continuity of care and seamless handoffs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams across the organization, demonstrating the core values of arenaflex including collaboration, accountability, and integrity.
  • Strategic Thinking: Apply proven reasoning and sound judgment to CAPAS-related tasks and projects, while articulating any risks, concerns, or recommendations clearly to leadership.
  • Change Leadership: Motivate change and drive alignment within a matrixed environment by modeling professionalism, adaptability, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of demonstrated analytical experience working with large data sets for projects, trending, or opportunity identification purposes.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain accuracy while processing high-volume transactional work.
  • Self-motivated with a strong, effective, and positive attitude toward work and team collaboration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex or technical ideas to non-technical or lay users.
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with RxClaim, particularly in adjudication processes related to PA overrides.
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to run queries in RxClaim or within a Data Warehouse environment to extract, analyze, and report on data.
  • Experience using Microsoft Access databases for data management, reporting, or query purposes.
  • Prior experience in pharmacy benefit management, healthcare administration, insurance claims processing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with prior authorization workflows, clinical review processes, or member transition projects.
  • Exposure to process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.

Skills and Competencies for Success

To excel in this role, you will need a blend of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills. We are looking for candidates who combine strong data entry accuracy with critical thinking capabilities. You should be comfortable learning new software platforms quickly, navigating complex workflows, and translating data insights into actionable recommendations. Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to continuous learning are essential.
