What You'll Be Doing Every Day

Primary Responsibilities

  • Multi-Channel Support: Respond to customer emails, text messages, and web chat inquiries promptly and thoughtfully. Each channel requires a personalized approach that addresses the unique needs of our customers.
  • Booking Excellence: Guide customers through the entire booking process – from selecting the right service to scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments. You'll ensure every booking is accurate and confirmed.
  • Service Provider Support: Assist our network of service providers with questions about work orders, company policies, scheduling conflicts, and any issues they may encounter in the field.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Serve as the first line of defense when customers or service providers experience software issues. You'll diagnose problems, provide solutions, and escalate when necessary.
  • Remote Team Collaboration: Work as an integral part of our fully remote team using state-of-the-art communication tools, virtual meeting platforms, and collaborative software that keeps everyone connected.
