NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Vendor Coordinator to join our team in supporting one of our valued clients for a 6+ month contract role. Pay rate: $23.10 Work Schedule: M-F 7:30am-4pm Work from home Mon & Friday; in office Tue, Wed & Thur. Description The Vendor Coordinator will assist with management of the General Carpentry trade for Retail Stores. They will assist with daily duties such as reporting, aging work orders, data analytics, mail sorting and violation tracking and vendor proposal review/approval. Primary Responsibilities Include

• Vendor Coordination
• Service Level Adjustments
• Compliance Monitoring
• Administrative Tracking

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in recognizing/measuring key performance indicators
• 2+ years of experience in property vendor or program management
• 2+ years of analytical/ reporting experience
• 2+ years of vendor management experience including conducting vendor business reviews
• 2+ years of managing multiple projects
• 3+ years of MS Office Suite experience. Intermediate to Advanced Excel including VLOOKUP and XLOOKUP
