About the Role

We’re hiring a Product Manager to help shape the features and experiences that schools rely on every day. You’ll take ownership of a product area — driving it from discovery through delivery — and work closely with designers and engineers to build solutions that are intuitive, reliable, and genuinely useful. This role is ideal for someone who’s excited about solving real problems for real users and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the product lifecycle for your area — from problem identification through launch and measurement Write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that give teams clarity Collaborate daily with Design and Engineering to define solutions and make trade-off decisions Talk to users regularly — conduct interviews, review support tickets, and synthesize feedback into insights Analyze product usage data to identify opportunities and measure the impact of what you ship Coordinate with Customer Success and Sales to understand pain points and market needs Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination Contribute to cross-team product planning and roadmap discussions Required Qualifications 2–4 years of product management experience (B2B SaaS preferred) Strong problem-solving skills and a bias toward action AI-first mindset — you regularly use AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini to work smarter, whether that’s drafting requirements, analyzing data, synthesizing user feedback, or exploring product ideas Ability to write clear, structured requirements that engineers and designers can build from Comfort with data — you can pull insights from analytics tools and make evidence-based recommendations Excellent collaboration and communication skills Experience working in agile development environments A genuine curiosity about how schools, athletic departments, and communities operate Bonus: experience with ticketing, scheduling, payments, or registration systems Work Hours & Flexibility Bound does not operate on a traditional “routine” workweek.
