Position Summary EBI Consulting is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to expand our presence within the telecommunications industry, with a primary focus on wireless carriers, fiber network providers, tower companies, data infrastructure operators, and telecommunications service providers. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through existing industry relationships and new business development efforts across EBI's service lines. The ideal candidate brings a strong network within the telecommunications sector, along with a proven track record of consultative sales in a professional services environment. This position may be based anywhere in the United States, with preference given to candidates located on the West Coast or in major telecommunications markets. Frequent travel throughout the Western United States is expected. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to telecommunications clients, including wireless carriers, fiber providers, tower companies, and network infrastructure owners Attend telecommunications industry conferences, trade association events, and networking opportunities to generate leads and strengthen industry relationships Leverage an existing, active book of business within the telecommunications sector to drive immediate growth across EBI's service lines Manage a complex sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution and long-term account growth Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and successful project delivery Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas Analyze telecommunications market trends, regulatory developments, infrastructure investment activity, and competitive dynamics to develop effective sales strategies Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline development, and client feedback to management Continuously build knowledge and expertise in telecommunications related industry trends Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales team Qualifications and Capabilities Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university with a focus in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Environmental Science, Construction, Telecommunications, or a related field Minimum of 5+ years of proven professional experience selling solutions or services to telecommunications organizations, including wireless carriers, fiber providers, tower companies, broadband providers, data center operators, or telecommunications infrastructure firms Strong network of relationships within the telecommunications industry, particularly among organizations operating in the Western United States Proven track record of sales success and meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas Ability to prospect new sales opportunities and build a pipeline of potential clients Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to create and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to clients Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships Experience in market research and analysis to inform sales strategies and stay informed on telecommunications industry trends Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Familiarity with CRM and lead management software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot Application Disclaimer At EBI, we cultivate a welcoming and collaborative culture. The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. This position may also be eligible for a bonus whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual performance. The actual compensation offered will be based on a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to; geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements, knowledge, skills/level, qualifications and budget.
