[Remote] Search and Data Labelling Rater - French

Welo Data is a global AI data company seeking detail-oriented Search & Data Labeling Raters - French to support an AI data annotation project focused on improving e-commerce search experiences. The role involves evaluating the relevance of search results by analyzing customer queries and matching them with appropriate products, contributing directly to enhancing search quality and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and understand the intent behind customer search queries
• Identify product types (PT) and relevant attributes (e.g., brand, size, color) within queries
• Evaluate the relevance between search queries and product listings using defined guidelines (ESCI framework)
• Determine product availability and validate product links
• Provide accurate, consistent, and high-quality annotations
• Follow project guidelines and meet productivity and quality benchmarks
