  • Location: Anywhere in the United States (based in Dallas, TX for payroll purposes)
  • Compensation: $24‑$34 per hour, based on experience and performance
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required
  • Career Path: Opportunities to advance into NOC coordination, flight dispatch, or broader operational roles

Core Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you will become an integral part of arenaflex’s NOC ecosystem. Your daily tasks will include:

  • Providing administrative oversight for Dispatch and Planning meetings, ensuring minutes, action items, and follow‑ups are captured accurately.
  • Collaborating with NOC team leads to verify that operational and compliance targets are met on schedule.
  • Partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders to align NOC training and procedural standards with broader arenaflex initiatives.
  • Ensuring all readiness, policy, and sponsorship practices comply with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR), industry standards, and collective bargaining agreements (CBAs).
  • Developing clear, concise documentation that outlines organizational goals, decision‑making processes, and sponsorship frameworks within the NOC.
  • Fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across both serious and fun activities.
  • Mentoring junior team members, providing constructive feedback, and supporting professional development plans.
  • Understanding and navigating the nuances of a workforce covered under a CBA, including grievance procedures and labor relations.
  • Representing arenaflex at industry conferences, regulatory meetings, and community events as needed.
  • Maintaining accurate records of CFRs, OpSpecs, and FAA Order 8900.1 as referenced by dispatch, flight plans, and safety investigations.
  • Recording and updating all NOC division metrics, equipment inventories, and procedural manuals.
  • Analyzing data trends to identify gaps in processes, propose corrective actions, and support strategic decision‑making.
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create reports, presentations, and data visualizations.
  • Communicating effectively with internal teams, both verbally and in written form, to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Demonstrating self‑motivation, reliability, and a results‑driven mindset in a remote work environment.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED (mandatory).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer proficiency; ability to type quickly and accurately.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Willingness to adhere to arenaflex’s data security and confidentiality policies.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Familiarity with aviation terminology, FAA regulations, or air traffic control processes.
  • Experience drafting briefing materials, presentations, or procedural documentation.
  • Exposure to collective bargaining environments or labor‑union interactions.
  • Certification or background in aviation safety, such as an FAA pilot’s license (not required but advantageous).

  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly with remote teams, dispatchers, meteorologists, and other NOC professionals.
  • Problem‑Solving: Identify root causes of procedural gaps and propose practical solutions.
