Head of FX Back Office Operations
Head of FX Back Office Operations & Infrastructure Remote We are seeking a seasoned banking operations leader to head Global FX Infrastructure and Back Office Operations, with oversight across FX Operations, FX Prime Brokerage, Payments, and Money Markets. The ideal candidate brings a strong record of driving operational excellence, technology modernization, risk and control frameworks, and scalable infrastructure within a high‑volume trading environment. Role Overview This leader will manage global teams and be responsible for strengthening STP efficiency, optimizing liquidity and settlement processes, and implementing industry platforms such as CLS, OPICS, and other core FX systems. The role requires close partnership with Trading, Sales, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Product to support business growth and operational resilience. Key Requirements
- Deep expertise in global FX operations and end‑to‑end operational transformation
- Strong understanding of regulatory, risk, and governance frameworks
- Proven experience managing large, cross‑functional teams in a banking environment
- Ability to lead training and oversight for FX Wires, Infrastructure, and Governance
- Strategic mindset with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills
