JOB TITLE: Program Manager- HEDIS LOCATION: Remote PAY RANGE: $28 - $31/hr. DURATION: 6 Months TOP 3 SKILLS:

  • 3–5 years of experience in Program Management with healthcare or HEDIS programs
  • Strong experience in client-facing communication, reporting, and cross-functional stakeholder management
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong organizational, multitasking, and documentation skills

Description: The Program Manager – HEDIS assists with all aspects of daily operations and various initiatives that support the Company's Outreach Program. Essential Functions:

  • Support the Director, HEDIS Program Management in strategic development and implementation of quality initiatives through process improvements across the Program
  • Assist with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Oversee client reporting for all completed screenings
  • Responsible for client monthly invoicing
  • Work to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget
  • Control project scope by gaining initial alignment with internal stakeholders
  • Facilitate meetings, follow up on tasks/issues, and transfer important information to leadership as needed
  • Measure and track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Specifications: Typically has the following skills or abilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience with Program Management
  • 3-5 years of experience with health care or HEDIS Programs
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
