Position Overview: Launch Your Insurance Career with arenaflex

We are seeking motivated, customer-focused, and ambitious individuals to join arenaflex as Remote Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representatives. This is a unique opportunity designed for individuals who want to break into the insurance industry without the financial burden of pre-licensing costs. arenaflex will invest in you from day one, providing a fully paid, five-day training program, comprehensive study materials, exam fees, and even scheduled exam appointments to help you earn your state insurance license.

Once you successfully pass your state exam, arenaflex will sponsor your licensure across all 50 states and territories in which we operate, opening the door to long-term career growth within the insurance industry. This position is fully remote, giving you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while still being part of a dynamic, collaborative, and supportive team environment.

As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for policyholders, handling inquiries, resolving complex issues, and providing thoughtful recommendations. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond professionally and empathetically to inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Resolve complex consumer issues using strong decision-making skills, sound judgment, and innovative problem-solving techniques.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to first-level representatives on escalated or high-level issues, demonstrating leadership even before formal promotion.
  • Assist policyholders with billing questions, payment processing, and account-related concerns with accuracy and care.
  • Support policyholders through requested policy changes, including endorsements, updates, and coverage adjustments.
  • Offer tailored recommendations to customers based on their individual needs, ensuring the best possible outcome for both the customer and the company.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all customer interactions in accordance with company and departmental guidelines.
  • Adhere strictly to regulatory requirements, compliance protocols, and internal procedures while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to team goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including trainers, supervisors, and quality analysts, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What We Are Looking For: Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 6 months of prior customer service experience in any industry.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
  • High school diploma or equivalent GED.
  • Comfort and proficiency using desktop computer systems and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Logical problem-solving skills with the capacity to think critically under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
  • Proficiency with Windows operating systems and standard office software.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months of prior call center experience is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or a related field is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle escalated customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Work From Home Requirements

To succeed in this remote role, you will need a reliable and high-quality home office setup. arenaflex requires the following minimum standards:

  • Internet Connection:
    • Minimum subscribed download speed of 12.0 Mbps or higher.
    • Minimum subscribed upload speed of 3.0 Mbps or higher.
    • ISP must provide a stable connection with no packet loss and ping rates under 50ms.
    • Proof of internet speed will be required during the onboarding process.
  • Workspace: A clean, quiet, and distraction-free workspace dedicated to professional use during scheduled shifts.
  • Equipment: A reliable desktop or laptop computer (arenaflex will provide certain hardware and software, where applicable).
