In this remote, full‑time position, you will be at the heart of arenaflex’s Information Designing group, collaborating with Studio and Project Innovation teams to translate business needs into robust data solutions. You will design, develop, and maintain end‑to‑end ETL/ELT pipelines, create data models, and ensure data quality across development, testing, and production environments. Key Responsibilities

• Pipeline Architecture: Design, build, and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines that ingest, transform, and load data from a variety of sources into arenaflex’s data lake and warehouse.
• Data Modeling: Develop logical and physical data models, including tables, views, and schemas, to support analytics, reporting, and machine‑learning initiatives.
• Collaboration & Requirements Gathering: Partner with Studio, Product, and Innovation stakeholders to capture data requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and validate solutions.
• Environment Management: Deploy and maintain data assets across multiple environments (DEV, QA/UAT, Production) ensuring seamless promotion and version control.
• Technology Stack Utilization: Leverage a modern stack—including SQL, Python, arenaflex, arenaflex, arenaflex, arenaflex, and arenaflex—to deliver high‑performance data solutions.
• Data Quality & Governance: Implement data validation, monitoring, and governance frameworks to guarantee accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize queries, pipelines, and storage structures for speed, cost‑efficiency, and scalability.
• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Produce clear documentation, runbooks, and best‑practice guides; mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous learning.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer or Information Designer.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines using SQL and Python.
• Proven expertise with cloud platforms—specifically arenaflex and arenaflex—including object storage and compute services.
• Demonstrated experience working with data lakes, data warehouses, and analytical data sets.
