Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Entry: Accurately input and validate large volumes of structured and unstructured data (text, images, video, audio) that will be used to train ML models.
  • Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with data engineers and ML scientists to understand data requirements, provide feedback, and ensure data integrity throughout the pipeline.
  • Support AI Model Development: Assist in the creation, testing, and refinement of AI solutions such as predictive analytics, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and anomaly detection.
  • Quality Assurance & Documentation: Perform rigorous QA checks, document data handling procedures, and maintain version‑controlled repositories to guarantee reproducibility.
  • Customer Interaction Insight: Capture and translate guest feedback from support channels into actionable data points that inform model improvements.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows, propose automation solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Cross‑Team Communication: Facilitate clear communication between product, engineering, and support teams to align on project goals and timelines.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with an ability to work meticulously with large data sets.
  • Basic familiarity with Python or another scripting language (learning resources will be provided).
  • Understanding of relational databases and SQL; experience with NoSQL databases is a bonus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in articulating technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
