What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Own Brand Agile teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups
- Coach teams, Product Owners, and business customers on Agile and Scrum best practices
- Identify and remove impediments impacting team progress while promoting sustainable delivery practices
- Support release planning and coordination activities in alignment with enterprise change and release processes
- Collaborate with the Environment Manager to ensure necessary software and technical components are available in each environment
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 5-7 years of experience in a Scrum Master, Agile delivery, or IT project delivery role
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks with hands-on experience supporting Agile teams
- Bachelor's degree in an information technology-related field or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to facilitate multi-functional groups and lead through influence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Familiarity with Oracle environments (SaaS, PaaS, IaaS) and system dependencies
- Experience working in complex, multi-system environments with structured governance
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and collaboration tools; experience with MS Office, SharePoint, and Visio
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills
- Willingness to support occasional non-standard hours or on-call activities related to releases
