SAP Analytics Cloud / Plan-to-Budget Functional Lead

Role Overview AIM Inc. is looking for a visionary SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) / Plan-to-Budget Functional Lead to spearhead the transformation of the City’s financial planning landscape. You will be responsible for architecting and deploying advanced budget models that automate forecasting, enhance control, and provide the City's leadership with sophisticated, data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
Model Configuration: Architect, configure, and implement SAP SAC models, including Operating Budget, Capital Budget, and Workforce/FTE Planning Models. Process Optimization: Streamline planning, budgeting, and forecasting workflows through automation, version control, and robust system controls. Fit-to-Standard Design: Standardize financial processes following SAP fit-to-standard best practices. Data & Migration: Manage the migration of financial data from legacy budget systems and models, ensuring absolute validation and reconciliation. S/4HANA Integration: Lead the integration of SAC with the S/4HANA core for real-time or scheduled data flows. Analytics & Enablement: Build advanced stories and planning models, and conduct formal knowledge transfer to empower the City’s IT and Finance teams. Qualifications & Experience Extensive experience implementing SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) specifically focused on planning and budgeting modules. Strong background in public sector or enterprise-level budgeting (Capital, Operating, and FTE planning). Hands-on expertise building advanced SAC stories and integrating SAC with SAP S/4HANA. Strong analytical mindset with experience guiding finance teams through digital transformations.
