What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the trusted first point of contact for customers navigating important decisions about their insurance coverage. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Resolving complex consumer issues with creativity, empathy, and sound decision-making, while strictly adhering to company and departmental guidelines.
  • Advising and supporting first-level representatives on escalated, high-level inquiries and concerns.
  • Assisting policyholders with billing questions, payment processing, and account-related concerns in a clear and professional manner.
  • Processing policy changes requested by customers, including updates to coverage, personal information, and beneficiary details.
  • Providing tailored recommendations to policyholders based on their unique needs and adjusting policies as necessary to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics related to call quality, customer satisfaction, resolution time, and compliance.

What We're Looking For: Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Requirements

  • Customer Service Experience: At least 6 months of prior customer service experience in any industry.
  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Typing Proficiency: Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Technical Comfort: Comfortable navigating desktop computer systems and basic software applications.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Availability: Willingness and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Call Center Experience: At least 6 months of prior experience working in a call center or phone-based customer service environment.

Work From Home Requirements
